Reset button
So, it's pretty much June and I need to get my arsh in gear. Scheduled to start P90X again on May 31st. Have an 8 lb. dumbbell which should help me some since the bands are hard to work with. And,,, I will be doing the P90X Lean program. More cardio than strength. We'll see how it goes...

Week 2 - Day4
Yesterday: Shoulders and Arms (no abs)
Today: 1 hr Yoga (skipped the last 30 min) but did Total Body Conditioning at the Y.
Should have enough time to do Legs & Back + Abs tomorrow.

Week 2 - Day 2
Yeah so I skipped a few days. not working out per say. I did legs and back and Kenpo last week as scheduled. Friday which was supposd to be a rest day - I did Kickboxing at the Y. But then I didn't do Chest and Back yesterday like I was supposed to. Additional saboteurs were dinner out on Thursday (Little Fish) and Friday (Azie). And tonight (Estia). I did do Plyo this morning though so not sure how this is all going to affect everything. I plan to weigh myself otmorrow morning to see what I did (I'm scared).
Motivation level has decreased some. I might need to watch an infomercial here soon to get inspired. It's tough!!!

Week 1 - Day 5
didn't quite finish the full 90 min of Yoga yesterday (but went to TBC). Figured I needed the caloric burn. Woke up sore this morning. I don't think my obliques have ever been this sore ever! Good pain though. Did Legs & Back today and I am already feelin it. I'm sure TBC from yesterday contributed. Forgot to do Abs. I wasn't sure but now know better. Also did some elliptical at lunch. I'm not 100% stickin to the nutrition plan so I am thinking the extra caloric burn is a necessity. I can't believe there were more pullups! OY!
Tomorrow is Kenpo! Rar!

Week 1 - Day 3
OMG! I can't believe I actually woke up at 4:30 this morning and did Shoulders & Arms! I can say that I am pretty darn proud of myself! Yeah that's right! I said it. That's the plan for me anyway. To get up at the crack of dawn and get it out of the way first thing. God knows that I am beat at the en dof the day and it's sooo easy for me to just not do it later in the evening. The key is to go to bed early! LOL! and I did!
Shoulders & Arms was good. I do think I need to get some 10lb and 15 lb dumbells cuz the bands sorta hurt my arm as I do some exercises. So, I shall be goin to Dicks sometime soon.

Day 2 - for real this time!
So, the official journey has started. I did C,B, & Abs yesterday (then did BodyCombat later in the morning) and today, Plyo KILLED me!!! Oh dear!!!! I was sweating, breathing hard, and just whooped! The nutrition is still a constant battle though. Gotta reel it in!!!!

Day 1 - but is it really?
So, even though I still do not have all the things I need (i.e. chin up bar (which I probably will never get), supplements, protein bars), I went ahead and popped in the DVD's and did workout #1 (Chest/Back/Abs). I don't think I've ever done that many push ups within a 1 hr period but it sure was a challenge. Can't wait to TRY to get out of bed tomorrow morning (sore muscles!)
Big no no though is that I did dig into the potato chip bag (I KNOW!) I'm soooo easily tempted. After saving this blog, I shall dump the rest of the stuff in the garbage. I really will! So, God help me!
