Day 1 - but is it really?

So, even though I still do not have all the things I need (i.e. chin up bar (which I probably will never get), supplements, protein bars), I went ahead and popped in the DVD's and did workout #1 (Chest/Back/Abs). I don't think I've ever done that many push ups within a 1 hr period but it sure was a challenge.  Can't wait to TRY to get out of bed tomorrow morning (sore muscles!)

Big no no though is that I did dig into the potato chip bag (I KNOW!) I'm soooo easily tempted.  After saving this blog, I shall dump the rest of the stuff in the garbage.  I really will! So, God help me!
