Week 1 - Day 5

didn't quite finish the full 90 min of Yoga yesterday (but went to TBC).  Figured I needed the caloric burn. Woke up sore this morning.  I don't think my obliques have ever been this sore ever!  Good pain though.  Did Legs & Back today and I am already feelin it.  I'm sure TBC from  yesterday contributed.  Forgot to do Abs.  I wasn't sure but now know better.  Also did some elliptical at lunch.  I'm not 100% stickin to the nutrition plan so I am thinking the extra caloric burn is a necessity.  I can't believe there were more pullups! OY!  

Tomorrow is Kenpo!  Rar!
