Week 2 - Day 2

Yeah so I skipped a few days.  not working out per say.  I did legs and back and Kenpo last week as scheduled.  Friday which was supposd to be a rest day - I did Kickboxing at the Y.  But then I didn't do Chest and Back yesterday like I was supposed to.   Additional saboteurs were dinner out on Thursday (Little Fish) and Friday (Azie).  And tonight (Estia).  I did do Plyo this morning though so not sure how this is all going to affect everything.  I plan to weigh myself otmorrow morning to see what I did (I'm scared).

Motivation level has decreased some.  I might need to watch an infomercial here soon to get inspired.  It's tough!!!
